Weekly Events
DT Groups
Devotional Time (DT) Groups are daily meetings we offer for those who want to drop-in and study the Bible with others. We meet on campus (usually in or near the Orbach Science Library), study a short passage from the Bible, and then share/discuss together - all in about 40 minutes!

As a group, we follow along with Acts 2 Devotions, which you can find here
Sunday Service
On Sundays, we usually meet right here in Riverside for our own Oasis church services. On occasion we'll join up with our sister fellowships within the larger group of Acts2 Socal Churches to worship together.
Whichever type of service we're having that week, we always offer rides from the UCR campus, so stay tuned for rides and pick-up details!

Discipleship Group
Discipleship is for students who want to be challenged and take the next step in their faith journey.
It's not just a weekly meeting, but it’s a commitment to a few time-tested rhythms for spiritual growth: joining a Devotional Time (DT Group) at least once a week, attending Sunday church services regularly, and prioritizing our Discipleship meetings where we learn to study and apply the Bible to college life realities.

Service Opportunities
Service Crews
Join a Sunday Service Crew! Whether it is preparing food or setting up sound equipment, service crews are a chance to take part in making our Sunday Services happen!
No special skills or talents are required—just a willingness to learn and a desire to serve!
Campus Outreach
We’re excited to engage the campus with different outreach opportunities every week! Weekly tabling, interactive pop-ups, and special talks are just some of the ways that we like to meet new people and share our community with others.

Community Service
At least once a quarter, Oasis organizes a community service opportunity.
We've visited elderly care homes to put on a little service for them and encourage them, we've visited men's shelters and played basketball with the residents, we've also visited women's and children's shelters and put on a program and did arts and crafts with them as well.
Mission Trips
We believe in the importance of obeying the Great Commission and having regular opportunities to share our faith.
We've gone on mission trips to many places, both domestically and internationally.
For the past few years we've been going to Filter of Hope's spring break mission trips where we pass out water filters to communities lacking access to clean water and also present them with the Gospel.
Two years ago we went to Guatemala and this past year we went to Costa Rica with Filter of Hope.
Course 101 is a 5-week course on the intellectual foundations of Christianity. It covers scientific evidence for the Christian answer to questions ranging from how we can believe in the existence of God, what sin is, how we know Jesus is the son of God and what the cross and resurrection means.
This course is open to everyone regardless of whether you're a long-time Christian looking to be trained up in how to answer these questions or you're just someone wanting to discuss the deeper questions of life.
